President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo will arrive in Malomino, Surigao Del Norte on Friday (March 28) to spearhead the delivery of her administration’s enhanced social services to this province as part of her commitment to uplift the welfare of the Filipino people.
The Serbisyo Muna Caravan is the Arroyo administration’s service and goods-laden assistance program that provides livelihood, health and financial support to the poorest families in the country.
The President, who is expected to arrive at 10 a.m. at the Malimono Elementary School, will be welcomed by Surigao del Norte Gov. Robert Ace Barbers and Malimono Mayor Teodoro Sinaca Jr., among others.
